By accessing or using the TablePi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Beta Phase
The App is currently in a beta testing phase. You understand that the App may contain bugs, errors, and other issues that may lead to system or data failures. Your use of the App in this phase indicates your agreement to participate in the testing phase under these conditions.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
The App requires payment for access and use. Refunds are not available once payment has been processed.

4. Data Loss and Liability
We are committed to promptly addressing issues in the App. However, we are not responsible for any data loss or data leak that may occur. By using the App, you acknowledge the risk of potential data loss or leak and agree that we shall not be liable for any such occurrences.

5. Data Removal Requests
If you request the removal of your data from our system, we will promptly comply with such requests.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes means that you accept the new Terms.
